Application and Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information Digitizedpay Limited collects when you use our product, website, applications, online pages, online accounts, online handles, platforms, terminals and other services (collectively, our ‘Services/touch points’).

This Privacy Policy supersedes all previous notices, statements and policies regarding our privacy practices. If you do not agree to every provision of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our website or access our services.

Age Restriction

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.

If as a parent or guardian, you become aware that your child or ward (who is a child) has provided us with any information without your consent, please contact us and we will erase such data.

If we discover that any child has provided us with any information without parental consent, we shall unilaterally delete such information. We respect privacy laws and the privacy of children under the age of 18.

What We Collect

Change of Information

In the event that you change any information provided to us at registration including your business name, address, financial institution, mode of payments or the products and services that you offer, or where a corporate restructuring occurs you agree to notify us within 14 days of such change. We may be unable to respond to you if you contact us from an address, telephone number or email account that is not registered with us.

What We Retain

We will retain your information for as long as you are an active customer or as needed to provide you with our services, comply with our legal and statutory obligations or verify your information with a financial institution.
